Binge Radio are a new station and are currently looking for DJ’s. Binge Radio use a Shoutcast server to broadcast and all DJ's will have to have the correct equipment to be able to connect to the server and stream live from their own premises. If you think you got what it takes to join the crew please complete the form below. Requirements of all new applicants are:

You must be a competent DJ

All DJ's must be able to commit to a weekly/fortnightly time and for minimum of 90 minutes. Ideally a 2 hour show is recommended.

All shows have to be mixed either Live (preferred) or you have to record an original mix for every show. Everyone prefers a live show but unlike other stations we're happy to accept a pre-recorded mix, however it is the responsilibility of the DJ to stream the pre-recorded mix at his/her allocated time for the show. Binge Radio will not accept a pre-recorded mix and broadcast on the DJ's behalf.

You will need to be online in the shoutbox to receive ‘shout outs’ and interact with your audience.

In order to get selected to become a Binge DJ please provide at least a 30minute, recent mix of your preferred music genre. Send either via AIM or upload to one of the many hosting sites like Mixcloud, Soundcloud, Z-Share etc and send us the URL.

You must have a good internet connection to sustain uploading at 128kps for the entire show. Do not use wireless dongles using 3G as these just don’t cut it. If you are using a wireless connection via WiFi router then you must be getting a good signal.
